Although held in rather different circumstances to normal, we were nevertheless delighted that two of our projects won awards at last week’s Scottish Home Awards, out of six nominated projects in multiple categories.  The virtual event, hosted once again by the inimitable Des Clarke, provided an excellent showcase of the great work being done across the housing sector this past year.

Our development at Longpark for Cunninghame Housing Association received the top award in the ‘Affordable Housing Development of the Year (mid-sized, social rent) category, whilst the Terraced Villa housetype at Riverford Gardens for CCG Homes was crowned ‘House of the Year’!  A massive well done and thanks to all our contractor, client and consultant partners for their efforts.

We are delighted that the hard work of our team and our collaborators has been recognised, reflecting our commitment to deliver warm and healthy homes and build resilient communities across the country.
