Pizza Hut Refurbishments

MAST have been working with the Glenshire Group to refurbish a series of existing retail units for use as Pizza Hut restaurants and takeaway stores. The programme has focused on creating a consistent design approach that can be adapted efficiently across different locations, while responding to the practical demands of each individual site.

Our work has covered both internal and external refurbishment, with layouts developed to support efficient customer service, clear circulation and back-of-house operations. Externally, signage, shopfront treatment and branding are coordinated to create a recognisable presence, while internal finishes and spatial planning aim to provide a welcoming and contemporary customer environment.

Projects have been delivered across a number of locations including Wishaw, Musselburgh, Edinburgh and Glasgow, with a flagship store also planned at Barrhead Retail Park. The repeated rollout has allowed the design approach to be refined from one project to the next, establishing a scalable model that can be applied to future sites while allowing for local constraints and existing building conditions.

The programme supports Glenshire Group’s wider growth strategy as one of Scotland’s largest Pizza Hut franchise operators, providing a practical framework for the refurbishment and delivery of further stores across Scotland and England.
