We are pleased to mark the commencement of our latest new-build project at Butterbiggins Road in Glasgow, occupying part of the former Larkfield Bus Depot.

When complete the development will provide a total of 186 new homes for mid-market rent, delivered by Ashleigh Building on behalf of Link Group, comprising a mix of one- and two-bed flats and two- and three-bed family homes with dedicated accommodation for wheelchair users.

We are delighted to be involved in the project which will regenerate a significant brown-field site on the city’s south side to provide much needed new homes, and underlines our commitment to work collaboratively with development partners to deliver sustainable and long lasting communities.
