Delighted to share some images of our recently completed project at Bellevue Road in Bonnyton, Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire Council‘s first net-zero housing development!

Delivered by CCG (Scotland) Ltd using their own ‘CCG Net Zero Home Building Standard’, the project provides 18 new houses and cottage flats for affordable rent. Achieving net-zero emissions through the use of technologies such as air source heat pumps, solar panels and increased wall insulation, the tenants will benefit from warmer, healthier homes with lower fuel costs. A community orchard has also been incorporated into the design, which will bring the added benefit of providing edible fruit for the residents while increasing the biodiversity of the open spaces.
