Our latest development for Cunninghame Housing Association has now completed, following the final handovers in early October.

Garven Road provides 20 new homes for affordable rent, comprising two and three bed family homes alongside elderly-amenity and wheelchair-accessible bungalows.  The new development resolves a longstanding gap site, formerly the site of Ardeer Primary School, configured around a central shared courtyard with pedestrian links created to the existing streets on either side.

A simple palette of masonry and render provides a crisp and cohesive feel to the development, the materials ‘woven’ to create depth and modelling within the individual facades.
