This major scheme of 151 units occupies a site on the banks of the River Clyde in the city’s Dalmarnock area, providing a variety of unit types for mid-market rent on behalf of the Swan Group.
Accommodation is contained within five flatted blocks, with two linear blocks creating a strong frontage to Newhall St and an existing pedestrian footpath to the east. A series of three point blocks are positioned to establish a permeable edge to the river, allowing views to be set up from within the site’s interior.
A simple masonry aesthetic is utilised throughout, offset with metal balconies to take advantage of the site’s extensive southerly aspect across the river and Richmond Park.
