Last Friday saw MAST hold its inaugural interim staff conference.  These events are an important part of our new ‘One Approach’ model, offering a forum for us to provide staff with an update on a range of topics, from new project opportunities to the status of various initiatives implemented over the past six months.

We also took the opportunity to reinforce our Vision and Values for the practice – the core principles that make MAST tick – and to recap some of our successes of recent months.

Once the business side of things was out the way, we decamped to BaAD in Glasgow’s east end for our summer BBQ – as always, a great opportunity for the whole practice to get together, and for once, the sun even decided to shine!
