Refurbishment and Extension to historic former School
MAST are administering a project to convert, repair and extend the former Lockerbie Old School building into a mixed use residential, community and small business start-up spaces. The brief was developed in close consultation with stakeholders and local groups, to identify and address the particular needs in the local community.
The Project is funded through a mix of private bequests, as well as funding from the Local Authority through Housing Association Grant, Local Economic Development Funding and Regeneration Capital Grant Fund.
