Harhill Street

This project followed an earlier feasibility study undertaken by MAST. We worked with Elderpark Housing Association to develop a brief that ensured issues of design quality and a focus on improving the public realm were key components of this vision.

The project at Harhill St comprises of 109 mixed tenure residential units. The house mix includes terraced family housing and 4 storey flatted accommodation, for sale by Cruden Estates, as well as amenity and wheelchair housing for Homelink and Apna Ghar.
