The brief was to develop and evolve our initial masterplan and strategy framework for Erskine Estate’s fabric repair and new build projects. Following a successful 25 year relationship with Erskine, we continue to update and replenish masterplans and frameworks for the varied site. In 2000 we developed a masterplan for the estate as part of Erskine 2000. This strategic approach to future development saw the provision of new conference facilities, a garden centre and replacement veterans’ cottages.
Our most recent involvement included an updating of the earlier strategy framework. This reassessment resulted in the preparation of a new masterplan, providing a flexible framework for future zoned development to include care, commercial, leisure and residential uses.
