Great to see our now complete Butterbiggins Road development for Link Group Ltd Ltd now fully handed over!

The project, delivered by Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited consists of 186 dwellings providing a mix of 152 flats and 34 houses for mid-market rent on the site of a former bus depot in Glasgow’s south side. A palette of facing brick and copper cladding is used throughout the development, with inset balcony features within the flatted blocks providing areas of additional amenity space for residents, whilst a central landscaped amenity space lies at the centre of the scheme.
