Our Project at Cobblebrae Farm in Falkirk has now been handed over to Loretto Housing Association.

The project comprises a 21-unit affordable housing development by SIM Building Group and includes a mix of 2 and 3 bed houses and 2 bedroom flats including one wheelchair accessible home. All have been designed to meet the requirements of Housing for Varying Needs.

The homes have been designed to provide living spaces which maximise amenity for occupants while providing passive surveillance of communal areas.
