Following last week’s project win for Witch Road at the Scottish Home Awards, we are delighted to share that our project at Queen’s Quay (also with CCG (Scotland) Ltd), picked up a Silver Award in the Regeneration category at the Scottish Design Awards yesterday evening!

Located in Clydebank, this project has brought 146 new flats for affordable rent to the local area for housing teams Wheatley Group, Clydebank Housing Association Ltd and West Dunbartonshire Council and includes four new commercial units for Clyde Regeneration.
 
A fantastic outcome for a fantastic project, which has revitalised this former brownfield site and created a vibrant contribution to the wider regeneration of Clydebank.
