We’re delighted to have secured Planning Approval for our development at Nimmo Drive in Glasgow, for Elderpark Housing!

Delivered by the JR Group, the scheme will provide 43 much-needed new homes for affordable rent on the site of a former industrial facility and community centre in Govan. Accommodation ranges from two to four bedrooms in size, including four wheelchair-accessible properties.

The development adopts a simple palette of blonde facing brick to marry in with its tenemental context, with subtle brick detailing providing articulation in key areas.

Work is progressing on detailed design with a site start expected in Summer 2024.
