Delighted to share that we have two projects shortlisted in The Herald Property Awards!
 
First up is Queens Quay, which has been shortlisted in two categories: Best Regeneration Project (Residential) and Affordable Housing Development of the Year. This development of 146 flats was delivered by CCG (Scotland) Ltd for LORETTO HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED (Part of Wheatley Group), in partnership with Clydebank Housing Association Ltd and West Dunbartonshire Council.
 
Our project at Witch Road in Kilmarnock has also been shortlisted in the Affordable Housing Development of the Year category. This project comprising 42 bungalows designed specifically for older ambulant disabled residents, was also delivered by CCG (Scotland) Ltd, for East Ayrshire Council.
