The sun was shining on our recent visit to Brathwic Terrace on the Isle of Arran with all units now handed over to North Ayrshire Council! This is the 5th of 8 sites being delivered for North Ayrshire Council and hub South West by Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited.

Utilising a combination of multi-tone brick and dark cladding the development provides a contemporary aesthetic against the stunning backdrop of the Arran countryside. Particularly key to the development and overall design was the distinct level changes across the site which required careful design input, with timber crib lock retention walls incorporated to maximise the sites potential while providing a pleasant outlook from rear gardens.
