This weekend saw MAST combine our annual BBQ with the ‘It’s a Knockout’ charity event, hosted by CCG (Scotland) Ltd at Strathclyde Country Park. The event saw us raise funds for our chosen charity partner, Revive MS Support, by throwing ourselves over inflatable obstacle courses covered in soap and water – what could possibly go wrong…

Despite a few near misses and some questionable jokes from the event Master of Ceremonies, the event was a success on all fronts as despite being lots of fun, MAST managed to sneak onto the podium with a third-place finish behind two teams from event organiser CCG, make of that what you will!!

Director David Denholm looked out his best apron and took charge of the BBQ, taking full responsibility for any food poisoning issues come Monday morning, so at least we would know who to blame!!

Social Team Leader Marie-Claire commented ‘once again a great event to compete in, loads of fun and for a good cause.  We improved a couple of places from last year so maybe next year we can aim for top spot!)’
