Located on a brownfield site in the east end of Glasgow, this new build 41-unit residential development includes a mix of four storey flats and two storey terraced houses.

The development has been designed to follow Designing for Street principles. A rear parking court arrangement allows the blocks to directly address the street, forming active frontages around all four sides of the site boundary, creating a sense of place and community.
