We have worked with North Lanarkshire Council on a number of new build residential projects, starting with Holytown (20 units, JCT contract) for which we developed the Council’s standard specification. MAST, with Clyde Valley Housing Association, provided guidance to assist the council on their first contemporary social housing development.
MAST was subsequently appointed as Technical Advisors under an NEC3 Contract for Cambusnethan (19 units) and Clarkston (20 units), where we worked with the Council’s framework contractors.
Working in partnership with Ogilvie Construction MAST delivered two projects at Coshneuk Road – 11 unit amenity bungalows with a shared parking court on a brownfield site in Millerston adjacent to a small park.
Gartferry Road – 50 unit two-storey family housing including amenity standard ground floor cottage flats and 2 units of single storey wheelchair housing.
