Covid-19 and Business Continuity

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to develop daily, at MAST Architects we are doing everything we can to ensure we keep our people safe while continuing to deliver the high quality, professional service you are used to.

Following the latest advice from the UK Government, we have put in place measures to ensure that our business can continue to operate efficiently, should we need to close our offices in the future.

Whilst our office remains open and will continue to be accessed by essential staff, we are:

  • Ensuring that our people have the equipment, technology and systems in place to allow them to work remotely, with the large majority of our team doing so from 19th March.  There is the possibility that not all of the team will be fully operational from this date; however, we are hopeful that our operations will remain unaffected and thank you for your co-operation during this time.

  • Our people will be able to securely access all necessary documentation remotely whilst following our usual processes and controls.  This will include access to emails, drawings and other documentation as well as our cloud-based document management system, thus allowing us to maintain operational function.

  • We receive most of our communications electronically and recommend that you continue to use email to communicate with us and that you scan in any documentation you need to share with us and attach electronically to the email.  If you believe you have sent something to us in the post and we have not responded to it, please speak to your usual contact at MAST or a Director.

  • Email aside, some staff will be contactable by mobile telephone and whilst the office remains open, office based staff can relay messages.

We understand that the evolving COVID-19 situation will present challenges to our clients, contractors and fellow consultants and we want to reassure you that we are here to help you wherever possible in these unpredictable and unprecedented times.  If you have any queries, please direct these in the first instance to your usual contact at MAST or alternatively to a Director.

Lastly, we would like to ask for your patience over the next few days as we shift into a new way of working.  Thank you for your understanding, and we hope that you stay safe and well.
